Swedish glass is famous all over the world. Most of the Swedish glass is produced in a small area around Kosta, a small town east of Växjö. This is the Swedish glass district. Here over 20 glassworks can be found, all of them are open for visitors. Well-known names of Swedish glassworks are Kosta, Boda, Orrefors, Skruf, Bergdala, Johansfors, Bergdala, Sandvik and so on. The next four pictures will show the process of making glass. |
