One of the sites not to miss in Madrid is the Museo del Prado. This construction is not to turn the museum into a museum of Modern Art, but is for maintenance purposes. |
This is a painting of El Greco, to be seen in the Museo del Prado. If you prefer modern art, you better visit the Thyssen-Bornemisza museum, which has some Miró's, or the Mueso de la Escultura Abstracta, with work by some of Spain's better known modern sculptors. |
