Leon's parents are married for 40 years (time flies when you're having fun). They invited us and Leon's brother with wife and kids for a holiday in Turkey. We went to Alanya, at the Turkish Riviera. Alanya is one of the least interesting places in Turkey to go to. For a first impression of Turkey, Alanya is fine. But when you want to see some of the history of Turkey (Cappadocia or Efeze) or a lot more of the landscape (the Taurus mountains, or Pamukkale) you should go to a place at the west-coast, or book a tour. And yet, we had a great time and a lot of fun. Besides Alanya itself, we went on a daytrip to see some other sights.
